  7. For tempting heat oil in a pan.once oil is hot add mustard seeds, urad dal,hing and curry leaves let them crackle for few seconds..
  8. Pour the tadka over the chutney and mix it well..
  9. Serve the chutney with dosa,idli or uttapam..
